Spectacular Kick-Off
We’re kicking off the season together in Carinthia: at the WELCOME SWIM at Lake Klopeinersee, swimmers come together to celebrate the start of the open-water season in Europe’s warmest swimming lake.
Familiar faces and new ones. A shared moment. The first real taste of summer.
Choose your distance
We offer several distances to choose from: the Allstars course with 500 m, the 1.5 km course, the 2.5 km course, or our longest swim around Lake Klopeinersee at 5.0 km. For our young swimmers, we offer 250 m and 500 m distances.
Swim it your way – Single or Cup
The WELCOME SWIM can be swum as an individual event, but it also counts toward the Alpe Adria Swim Cup rankings.

Join the action in the afternoon with our SWIM RUN SWIM competition at Lake Klopeinersee!
